Life can surprise us at times with challenges that may temporarily steer us off course.  As a certified life coach, I mentor women who are trying to navigate through personal transitions.  Women often don't take the time to care for themselves as a result of being present to and nurturing their loved ones. Over time, this can create overwhelm, a loss of self-esteem, and burnout.

If you are experiencing a separation, divorce, job loss, burnout, or another situation in which you need to make a positive shift, life coaching will provide you with the tools to help you get back on track and embrace change.

I also coach parents of children who are being bullied. No child should be mistreated or feel intimidated by their peers when they attend school or other activities. Many parents feel helpless and hesitate to speak to teachers or school administrators when bullying occurs. As an experienced educator, administrator, and parent, I have worked with teachers, parents and children in this challenging area. I can provide the guidance, emotional support, and the resources you need to manage these stressful situations and help your child.

Coaching is not therapy.  The coaching relationship is an effective co-creative process to provide clarity and support. The main goal of the coaching partnership is to empower you to move forward and live your best life. 

Where does the coaching take place?

Most life coaching is done by telephone.  This enables the client to call from home or another location at a mutually agreed upon time.  Coaching by phone also makes travel unnecessary.  If you prefer to be coached in person, I am available to meet clients who live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I welcome culturally diverse and international clients.
